Will the same person walk my dog every time?

Yes. Same walker every visit is the rule, not the exception. If your primary walker is ever unavailable, we tell you in advance and arrange a backup you've already met.

How quickly will I hear back after a visit?

You get a photo and short note before we lock the door. Most updates arrive within minutes of the visit ending so you know your pet is fed, walked, and settled.

Do you serve my town?

We cover Solvang, Santa Ynez, Buellton, Los Olivos, and Ballard. If you live just outside the valley, get in touch — we'll be honest about whether we can serve you well.

What does it actually cost?

Walks start around $28 for 30 minutes, drop-in visits at $32, and overnight in-home care at $110 per night. Multi-pet, holiday, and longer-visit pricing is settled at the meet & greet so there are no surprises.

Are you insured and trained for emergencies?

Yes — Suzy's Critter Care is bonded and insured, and the team is current on Pet First Aid and CPR. We carry your vet's contact info on every visit.

What is the meet & greet, and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

It's a free, no-pressure visit at your home. Suzy meets your pet, learns your routine, picks up keys or codes, and answers your questions. Most run 30–45 minutes.
